Ein TImage 
ist eine Komponente, die eine auf einem Formular platzierte Grafik enthält. Normalerweise wird sie aus einer Bilddatei geladen. Sie enthält die meisten ihrer Eigenschaften von ihren Vorfahren TCustomImage, TGraphicControl und TControl.
Mit der Picture-Eigenschaft wird die Grafik für die TImage-Komponente definiert.
