TImage 
is a component that holds a graphic image placed on a form; usually it is loaded from a picture file. It inherits most of its properties from its ancestors, TCustomImage, TGraphicControl and TControl. It is one of the few LCL components which supports the Transparent property by default.
The Picture property is used to define the image for the TImage component.
