TCustomComboBox.CloseUp procedure
Called when the drop-down list is closed.

CloseUp is a method called whenever the drop-down list for the
control is closed. CloseUp is called when a
CN_Command message with a
CBN_CLOSEUP notification code is received in the control.
CloseUp does not perform any actions in the method at design-time, when the component is being loaded using LCL streaming, or when the control is freed.
CloseUp signals the OnEditingDone event handler when an edit box
is enabled in the Style property in the control. The
OnCloseUp event handler is signalled (when assigned).
When AutoSelect is enabled, the SelectAll method is
called and the AutoSelected property is updated.
