TShellListColumn.ColumnID property

Description

ColumnID is a TSLVColumnID property which identifies the type of file system information displayed for the column. The default value is cidCustom and causes CustomID and the OnGetCellText event (in the shell list view control) to be used to get the content displayed in the column.

See TSLVColumnID for the other values allowed in the property, and the data which they cause to be displayed in the column.

Changing the value for the property causes the Caption (used as the column heading) for the list item to be changed to the LCL string constant needed for the enumeration value in the property. The Changed method for the collection item is called to force change notifications for all items in the collection.

Use SizeUnits to control the content and formatting for file size information in a column. Use Format to apply user-specified formatting to file size and modification date columns.
