TShellListColumn.SizeUnits property
Specifies the unit of measure (if any) displayed for a column with file size information.
Declaration
property SizeUnits: TSLVSizeUnits read FSizeUnits write SetSizeUnits default suDefault;Description
SizeUnits is a
TSLVSizeUnits property which controls the
content and formatting applied to a list view column which displays file size
information. The default value for the property is
suDefault and
causes the unadorned number of bytes needed for a file to be displayed for
list items in the column. Other values for the property cause a format string
to be applied which results in more human-friendly values like '17 kB',
'1.25 MB', et. al.
See TSLVSizeUnits for more information about the values allowed in the property and the formatting and suffixes used for the corresponding values.
Changing the value for the property causes the list view control to update the column definition in its Columns collection. The Changed method is called to generate and update notification for the list item.
Use of the Format property take precedence over formatting which
might be applied by SizeUnits.
