TPOFileItem.ModifyFlag function

Examines and updates the Flags property for the specified values.

function ModifyFlag(const AFlags: string; Check: Boolean): Boolean

`AFlags`	Comma-delimited list of flags accepted in the method.
`Check`	True causes an existing flag value to be removed. False causes a missing flag value to be added.

True if the Flags property has been modified in the method.
