Adds masks to the list using the delimited mask expressions and configuration settings.

`aValue`	Delimited mask expressions for the instances added to the list.
`aSeparator`	Delimiter between mask expressions in AValue.
`aCaseSensitive`
`aOpcodesAllowed`	Set of Mask op codes allowed for the class instances added to the list.
