Implements a list for mask class instances which support Windows-specific file masks.

Description
TWindowsMaskList is a TMaskList descendant which implements a list
used to maintain a list with TWindowsMask instances for mask expressions.
Parameter values passed to the constructor are used when mask instances are
created and stored in the list.
TWindowsMaskList is used in the implementation of the
MatchesWindowsMaskList function.
