I tried with
a fresh 10.5.6,
xcode 3.1.3,
intel,
Qt 4.5.2,
binding V1.70
and fpc-2.2.4.
-> everything just worked
(compiled lib, created framework and compiled/ran demo mainwindow)
I can only suggest to reinstall xcode and Qt and try again.
The errors in the bug report also do not refer to the seems like the QtWebKit framework is broken.
