+ TArrow implemented
There's {$ifdef QT_USE_BIG_TARROW} in DrawArrow (qtlclintf), cause we can draw whatever. I've prepared 2 kinds of arrows, bigger (like in win32 intf), or smaller (looks much better for me - this is default size).

* BUGFIX for TStaticText AV under linux.
* BUGFIX for QListWidget_clear() under linux.
* Better place for viewport creation (works ok under linux).

When I started with my first patches , there was already $mode delphi (Felipe ?) , so I just continued with it.

Felipe, do you know where there is mode delphi in the qt interface?

On many files. Looking at other lazarus files I couldn't see a pattern if we should use only objfpc or also delphi modes, so I just used delphi or objfpc when it was convenient.
