Hi,

how can I build the RTL and other packages containing debug symbols?

Is it sufficient to do sth. like:

cd rtl
<edit Makefile.fpc setting -gl as compiler option> make clean allinstall

?

TIA,
Marc

you can pass OPT="-gl -O-" to make instead of editing the Makefile.fpc. Use CROSSOPT if you're cross compiling.

There's also the possibility to use "make debug" directly, or add "DEBUG=1" to the end, that should add the required options automatically.
