I can't seem to find sybil on the net. I thought it was released under open source?
What happened to it?

As far as I know, it died a quiet death. I still have a copy of the open source version of their source files, if you want.

Isn't Sybil the Delphi-like version of the former SpeedPascal for OS/2?
