The FreeBSD port of FPC is starting to work, and slowly getting acceptable for testing/using by intermediate FPC users, specially if they have experience with the Linux port.

A new snapshot (which contains RTL,API,FCL and most "packages" packages precompiled) is available on

Yes, it is a bzip. The difference was 25% on a 1.6 MB snapshot, so I did it for the dialuppers.

The difference alone is enough to download bzip :-)
