Just to let you know:
The range check error problem still persists.
If you want to, we can discuss thin on the forum (but we also can leave the issue sleeping for now, as I am rather busy with other stuff.

It works now.
I did not do anything but refreshing my svn trunk and recompile fpc and Lazarus, which I do at least once a week.
So obviously "something" has changed in the sources.
Unfortunately right now I have no time to do further testing :(
