Performs actions needed when LCL component streaming has been completed.

Loaded is an overridden method used to perform actions needed when
LCL component streaming has been completed.
Loaded calls the inherited method on entry. Loaded calls
UpdateDefaultCancel to update the default and cancel controls on
the parent form.
