TButtonControl.DoOnChange procedure
Signals the OnEditingDone and OnChange event handlers (when assigned).

DoOnChange performs actions needed when the button control is
clicked. DoOnChange calls
EditingDone to signal the
OnEditingDone event handler (when assigned). The
OnChange event handler is also signalled (when assigned).
DoOnChange is called from the Click method before the inherited
method in TControl is executed. DoOnChange performs no actions at
design-time, during component streaming, or when the component is freed.
