TSLVFileAddedEvent procedure type

Specifies an object procedure used to implement the OnFileAdded event handler in TCustomShellListView.

`Sender`	The shell list view control for the event notification. Must be cast to TCustomShellListView to access properties or methods not present in TObject.
`Item`	List item with the new file examined in the event handler. Must be cast to TShellListItem to access properties or methods not present in TListItem.
