Used to access and maintain registered help viewers for the LCL help system.

`Clear`	public	Frees all help viewers in the Items property.
`Count`	public	Indicates the number of registered help viewers in the Items property.
`GetViewersSupportingMimeType`	public	Populates a list with help viewers that support the specified MIME type.
`RegisterViewer`	public	Adds a help viewer to the list of registered viewers in Items.
`UnregisterViewer`	public	Unregisters the specified help viewer and removes it from the Items property.
`Load`	public	Loads configuration settings from the specified storage for each registered help viewer.
`Save`	public	Saves configuration settings to the specified storage for each registered help viewer.
`IndexOf`	public	Gets the ordinal position for the specified help viewer in the Items property.
