TWidgetSet.ClipboardGetData function

Gets clipboard data for a given format and saves it to the specified stream.

`ClipboardType`	The clipboard operation type.
`FormatID`	Identifier for the registered clipboard format.
`Stream`	Stream where the clipboard data is appended.

True if clipboard data was successfully retrieved and stored in the method.
