TCustomImageListResolution.UpdateReference procedure
Forces the reference counted image list for the resolution to be freed and recreated.

procedure UpdateReferenceDescription
UpdateReference causes the handle-based image list for the image
resolution to be freed and recreated when the handle or its contents has been
changed. UpdateReference is called from the ReadData method for the resolution
when images are loaded during LCL component streaming, and when reloaded in
program code.
Added in LCL version 5.0.
