CreateBitmapFromFPImage function
Creates a Bitmap with the content from the specified TFPCustomImage instance.

function CreateBitmapFromFPImage(Img: TFPCustomImage): TBitmapDescription
Creates a temporary TLazIntfImage instance used to copy the
image content in Img into the TBitmap instance in the
return value.
