Event handler signalled when the control receives focus.

OnEnter is a
TNotifyEvent property with the event
handler signalled when the control receives focus. It is signaled from the
DoEnter method, and occurs when the CM_ENTER control message is received and
handled for the control.
The Sender argument contains the object for the event notification,
and must be cast to TControl, TWinControl, or other descendent class to access
properties or methods specific to the implementation.
Use OnExit to perform actions needed when the control loses focus.
