THintInfoAtMouse is a record type used to store Control and Mouse
position information for a hint display.
THintInfoAtMouse is passed as an argument to the ShowHintWindow
method in TApplication. It is also used in the implementation of
TApplication methods like ActivateHint and OnHintTimer.
