Owner for the class instance.

Description

Create is the overridden constructor for the class instance. It calls CreateNew to create a new form instance, and sets the default values for:

  • AutoScroll (False)
  • BorderStyle (bsSizeToolWin)
  • DockSite (True)
  • FormStyle (fsStayOnTop)
