TControlScrollBar.InvalidateScrollInfo procedure
Renders scroll information invalid for the control.

procedure InvalidateScrollInfoDescription
InvalidateScrollInfo is used to mark the current
TScrollInfo in the control as invalid. This occurs when a new
value is assigned to the
Position property, and when
ScrollHandler applies position information found in
TLMScroll messages. Calling InvalidateScrollInfo results in
TScrollInfo being updated and applied for scrolling window controls in the
UpdateScrollBar method.
