TApplicationProperties.OnModalEnd property
Event handler signalled when the last modal form for the application has been exited.

OnModalEnd is a
TNotifyEvent property with the event
handler signalled when the last modal form or dialog in the application has
been exited.
It is signalled from the ModalFinished method if the number of
modal forms in the application is 0 (zero). It is signalled
prior to other application handlers using the ahtModalEnd handler
type.
Use OnModalBegin to perform actions needed when the first modal
form is displayed for the application.
