TApplication.DoLog procedure
Performs actions needed to implement the Log method.

Description
DoLog is an overridden method in
TApplication. It
implements the virtual method introduced in the
TCustomApplication
ancestor class. DoLog signals the
OnLog event handler (when
assigned) to perform actions needed to format and store the specified log
message to the log storage mechanism used in the application.
EventType identifies the event type for the log event. It contains
one of the values from the
TEventType enumeration.
Message contains the message text for the log event.
DoLog is called from the Log method when the EventType value is one
of the events types allowed in the EventLogFilter property, or when
EventLogFilter is an empty set (not filtered).
