TFileListBox.TopIndex property
Index of the first visible (or top-most) item.

property TopIndex:;Description
TopIndex is an
Integer property which contains the
ordinal position in
Items for the first visible list item in the
scrollable control. The default value for the property is
0 (the first
value in Items).
The property value is retrieved from the widgetset class when a handle has been allocated for the control. Setting a new value for the property causes the widgetset class to be notified of the value change when a handle has been allocated for the control.
The value in TopIndex is updated in the MakeCurrentVisible method
where the current selection in ItemIndex is assigned to the
property.
