CreatePreviewControl - create an instance of the windowed control

CreatePreviewControl is a procedure used to create and initialize
the class instance used in the
PreviewFileControl property.
CreatePreviewControl create a
TPreviewFileControl instance, sets
its
PreviewFileDialog property to the current class, and calls the
InitPreviewControl method.
CreatePreviewControl is called from the DoExecute method in
TPreviewFileDialog.
