TImage.DragCursor property
The cursor shape shown during a drag operation.

property DragCursor:;Description
The default value is crDrag. If the control cannot be dropped on a target, the cursor changes temporarily to crNoDrop.
This description is the one of Controls.TControl.DragCursor.
