TCustomCheckGroup.DoOnResize procedure
Signals OnResize event handlers for the control.

Signals the OnResize event handler (when assigned) using the
control instance as the Sender for the event notification. Calls
DoCallNotifyHandler to signal any handler routines using the chtOnResize
handler type.
