TBandMoveEvent procedure type
Specifies an event handler signalled when a control band is moved.

Sender | Object (TCustomControlBar) for the event notification. |
Control | Control for the event notification. |
ARect | Updated display rectangle for the control returned from the handler. |
Description
TBandMoveEvent is the type used to implement the OnBandMove
property in TCustomControlBar.
