Specifies an event handler used to generate an arbitrary time value.

Description
TCustomTimeEvent specifies an event handler used to generate an
arbitrary
TDateTime value. TCustomTimeEvent is the type used to
implement the
OnCustomTime property in
TTimeEdit.
