TOpenOptionEx.ofAllNonStorageItems value
Allows the user to choose any item in the Shell namespace, not just those with SFGAO_STREAM or SFGAO_FILESYSTEM attributes. This flag cannot be combined with FOS_FORCEFILESYSTEM. (Windows Vista+)
