TCustomDBGrid.MouseToRecordOffset function

Gets the grid zone and record offset for the cell at the specified mouse coordinates.

`x`	Horizontal coordinate for the mouse cursor.
`y`	Vertical coordinate for the mouse cursor.
`Column`	TColumn instance for the cell under the mouse cursor, or Nil if the cell is a fixed title cell.
`RecordOffset`	Offset to the row under the mouse cursor relative to the value in Row.

TGridZone value for the area under the mouse cursor.
