Arguments

`Pos`	The client coordinates.
`AllowDisabled`	Allow finding disabled controls.
`AllowWinControls`	Allow finding TWinControls, in addition to TControls.
`Flags`	Encoded Allow... conditions.

The found control, Nil if none found.

Description

WinControls are found before Controls (if overlapping).
