TUTF8KeyPressEvent procedure type
Specifies an event handler for UTF-8-encoded key press events.

Description
TUTF8KeyPressEvent is an object procedure type which specifies an
event handler for UTF-8-encoded key press events.
TUTF8KeyPressEvent is the type used to implement the
OnUTF8KeyPress event handler in
TWinControl.
Applications must implement an object procedure using the signature for the
event handler, and assign it to the property to respond to the event
notification.
