`HintWindowClass`		Window class for the hint display.
`HintPos`		TPoint with the screen coordinates for the hint display.
`HintMaxWidth`		Maximum width for the hint.
`HintColor`		Color for the hint window.
`CursorRect`		Rectangle with the coordinates and size for the cursor.
`CursorPos`		TPoint with the location for the mouse cursor.
`ReshowTimeout`		If set to a value greater than Zero (0), call after value milliseconds OnShowHint again.
`HideTimeout`		Duration in milliseconds for the hint display.
`HintStr`		String value displayed as a hint for the associated control.
`HintData`		Pointer to the data used to derive the hint text.
