Description
Create is the constructor for the class instance. Create calls the
inherited constructor, and sets the default values for properties including:
- Control
- Set to the value in the OwnerControl argument.
- Layout
- Set to cclNone.
- EnlargeHorizontal, EnlargeVertical, ShrinkHorizontal, ShrinkVertical
- Set to crsAnchorAligning.
