TControl.CMSysFontChanged procedure
Handles the CM_SYSFONTCHANGED message for the control.

Description
CMSysFontChanged ensures that a control with its DesktopFont
property set to
True is updated when the system font has been changed.
The Font property in the control is set to the value in SystemFont from the
Screen singleton.
No actions are performed in the method when DesktopFont is set to
False.
