Defines a structure used for mouse wheel control messages.
Declaration
TCMMouseWheel = recordDescription
Holds mouse wheel details that include:
- the Message associated with the wheel
- the shift state (i.e. whether Shift, Alt, Control keys have been pressed)
- the mouse position
- the message Result
