Implements an extended item used in TComboEx.

Description
TComboExItem is a
TListControlItem descendant which
implements an extended item used in
TComboEx. TComboExItem extends
the ancestor class to include the following properties for the extended item:
- Indent
- OverlayImageIndex
- SelectedImageIndex
TComboExItem is the type maintained in the
TComboExItems collection used to implement the
ItemsEx
property in
TCustomComboBoxEx and
TComboBoxEx.
