TTreeNodeInfo - record structure for (new) Tree Node information.

`ImageIndex`		Ordinal position of the image displayed for the tree node.
`SelectedIndex`		Ordinal position of the tree node in the list of selected nodes, or -1 when it is not selected.
`StateIndex`		Ordinal position for the image displayed to indicate the tree node state.
`OverlayIndex`		Ordinal position for the image displayed an overlay on the icon for the tree node.
`Count`		Number of lines of text for the tree node.
`Height`		Height (in pixels) for the rendered tree node.
`Expanded`		True if the node is expanded to show its child nodes, or False when it is collapsed.
`TextLen`		Total length (in bytes) for the text lines in the tree node.
