UpdatePoFile function

Updates a specified .PO template using the list of translations specified.

function UpdatePoFile(RSTFiles: TStrings; const POFilename: string)
: Boolean

`RSTFiles`	Translations where the template is applied.
`POFilename`	.PO template processed in the routine.

Returns True if the .PO template was modified and stored in the routine.
