Event handler signalled when values in Strings or Objects have been changed.

OnChange is a
TNotifyEvent property with the event
handler signalled when values in the
Strings and/or
Objects properties have been changed.
OnChange is signalled from the Changed method, and occurs after
the property value(s) are stored in the component.
