`Current`	protected	Current map item for the iterator.
`BOM`	public	True when the iterator is at the beginning of the linked list for the map.
`EOM`	public	True when the iterator is at the end of the linked list for the map.

`AddToMap`	protected	Adds the class instance to the associated Map for the iterator.
`RemoveFromMap`	protected	Removes the class instance from the associated Map for the iterator.
`InternalCreate`	protected	Initializes the iterator for specified the map.
`InternalLocate`	protected	True when a matching map item is found.
`Validate`	protected	Validates the AVL Tree and the Current item in the iterator.
`ValidateMap`	protected	Ensures that the map for the iterator is still valid.
`Destroy`	public	Destructor for the class instance.
`First`	public	Moves to the first item in the linked list.
`Next`	public	Moves to the next item in the linked list.
`Previous`	public	Moves to the previous item in the linked list.
`Last`	public	Moves to the last item in the linked list.
`Valid`	public	Indicates if the map for the iterator has been freed.
