CodePointCopy function
Copies the specified number of codepoints starting at a character position.
Declaration
function CodePointCopy(const s: string; StartCharIndex: NativeInt;
CharCount: NativeInt): stringDescription
Copies the number of codepoints in CharCount from s,
starting at the character position in StartCharIndex. For
platforms that require UTF-16, UTF16Copy is called. For other
platforms, UTF8Copy is called.
