TControlChars type
Specifies a range used to identify control characters.

TControlChars is a range type which identifies the single-byte
values recognized as control characters. Used as an index into values in the
TEscapedStrings type, and in the implementation of the
Utf8EscapeControlChars routine.
Added in LazUtils version 5.0.
