Performs path delimiter substitutions for the specified file name.

Description
GetForcedPathDelims is a
String function used to
perform path delimiter substitutions on the specified file name for the
current platform or OS. GetForcedPathDelims calls
ForcePathDelims
using a copy of
FileName as an argument. This ensures that the
original file name remains unchanged when path delimiter substitutions are
needed.
