Gets the base file name (without the file extension) in the specified path.

Description
ExtractFileNameOnly is a
String function used to
extract the base file name (without the file extension) from the value in
AFilename. Path information, up to the last directory separator
('
/' or '
\') or device separator ('
:') character, in
AFileName is ignored. The file extension, starting at the '
.'
character, is also omitted.
